How does it work?

The Armed Forces scheme is made up of three elements, of which you can choose to combine. To purchase a new-build Vistry Ventures Home, you can use any or all of the following:

The Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme from the MOD offers an interest-free advance on your salary.
The Vistry Ventures exclusive military services discount: 1.5% discount of the list price*
£3,000 contribution towards flooring*

Who is eligible?

To qualify for the Vistry Ventures Armed Forces scheme, you need to be a currently serving member of the Regular and Reserve UK Armed Forces and to have passed Phase 1 of your training.

Find your new home

Armed Forces Discount Scheme is available on our selected new build homes only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. To qualify you must be a currently serving member of the regular or reserve UK Armed Forces and have passed Phase 1 of your training. You must provide us with evidence of your status in the UK Armed Forces and that you meet these requirements which is satisfactory to us. A 1.5% discount (capped at £5,000) of the list price will be deducted from the purchase price of a new home from us at legal completion. £3,000 contribution towards flooring will be deducted from funds due on legal completion of the purchase of a new home from us. Forces Help to Buy has specific terms and conditions and is subject to affordability criteria as prescribed by the Homes and Communities Agency and the Ministry of Defence.
