At Vistry Ventures Homes we see biodiversity as an increasingly important issue and strive to not only mitigate our impacts in this area but also to positively encourage biodiversity within a community where we can.

To do this we first conduct extensive pre-construction ecology assessments. These assessments evaluate the suitability of habitats for protected species and log proposals to mitigate the impact of our developments more generally.

Sustainable housing and the environment

One of the biggest benefits of buying a new build home is that you’ll be helping the environment. A sustainable housing design incorporates the use of energy efficient appliances, insulation, and windows, which help conserve energy and reduce waste.

Sustainable housing also promotes green spaces and encourages biodiversity within the community on the developments we build on by incorporating features to help provide and promote habitats for plants and animals.
