Vistry Ventures are a 5 star housebuilder as announced by the HBF!

The 5-star rating is the highest possible rating awarded by the Home Builders Federation (HBF). To achieve a 5-star rating, a housebuilder must receive a score of 90% or higher in the survey ‘would recommend their builder to a friend’.

The HBF award is based on the quality of the property and the service provided by the housebuilder whilst the customer moves into their new home.

Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the HBF, said of the recent survey scores: "Consistently delivering new homes, probably the biggest and most emotional investment any individual will make, in a way that satisfies their customers, is a huge challenge for a business.

"Achieving a five-star rating, meaning that more than nine out of 10 customers are happy with the service provided, is a significant achievement that deserves to be recognised."
